曾任温州医科大学附属第二医院内科学系副主任,内分泌代谢科主任,糖尿病中心主任;目前为省中青年学科带头人,医坛新秀,省151第三层次和温州市551第二层次培养对象,兼任浙江省内分泌学分会常委等;奥地利格拉兹医科大学和美国耶鲁大学高级访问学者;带领科室成为省首家国家代谢性疾病临床研究中心分中心,成立中美糖尿病并发症研究所温医附二院分中心;参与1型糖尿病临床诊治指南的制定和多项国际多中心研究,多位研究生获得国家奖学金和省级优秀毕业生;主持和完成国家自然科学基金2项,省自然重点和一般、省部共建项目各1项,厅局级课题6项,作为分中心负责人参与国家重点研发计划1项,国家科技支撑计划1项;研究成果发表在TEM,TAAP, Obesity, DMRR,Endocrine等杂志,近5年来每年在国际和国内重要会议上均有研究成果展示,每年主办育英糖尿病国际论坛和国家级继教班;获得国家发明专利1项。

临床上,20年来致力于内分泌代谢性疾病尤其是糖尿病的诊断治疗和临床研究。毕业于国家重点学科中南大学内分泌代谢专业,2011年在国际期刊DMRR首次系统报道了中国暴发性1型糖尿病的流行病学,临床和免疫特征。目前为浙江省中青年学科带头人,浙江省医坛新秀,牵头成立多学科糖尿病中心,组建了糖尿病自我管理学校,创建院糖尿病重点学科。在温工作期间带领科室获得浙江省首家国家代谢性疾病临床研究中心温州分中心,国家糖尿病教育优秀单位认证,国家代谢性疾病药物临床试验基地,中美糖尿病并发症研究所温附二分中心,内分泌博士后流动站。积极开展各项新技术,如糖尿病足的综合治疗,内脏脂肪监测,胰岛素泵强化血糖控制,全院血糖管理等,达到国内一流,学科科技影响力由国内99位提升到49位,省内排名第二。兼任中华医学会浙江省内分泌代谢分会的常委,中华老年医学会糖尿病分会常委,浙江省营养和代谢分会以及内科学分会的委员,充分利用学会平台进行学术交流,知识更新和科普教学,2013年受邀参加中国1型糖尿病诊治指南的制定,每年有40-50次在基层参加各类科普、义诊和医师培训活动,足迹遍布浙江省各个县市。2015年来每年坚持举办国家级糖尿病继续教育项目和国际育英糖尿病论坛,影响力覆盖浙南闽北地区。踏实做各种科普宣教,牵头创作的科普小说《抗糖记》获得广大患者好评。

教学上,承担了各个层次各个专业的内分泌学教学,负责全科医学中《健康教育学》课程的教学,曾被选派到西澳大学学习全科医学教学,曾获得省级教学基本功比赛优胜奖,温州医科大学英语授课比赛一等奖,附二医英语授课比赛一等奖,多次被评为校级和院级优秀教师,学生心目中最美导师和全英语教学优秀教师等。所带多位硕博研究生获得省级和校级优秀毕业生和优秀论文,完成校级教学课题“中英文内分泌教学资源库的建立”。

科研上,长期致力于糖尿病血管病变和胰岛素抵抗的相关研究,所带团队参与多项国际多中心临床研究,主持的纵向课题包括,国家重点研发项目子课题,国家自然科学基金(面上和青年)、浙江省自然科学基金(重点和一般)、国家卫生计生委科学研究基金-浙江省医药卫生重大科技计划、省卫计委、省教育厅、温州市科技局多项课题,横向课题包括国家科技支撑计划分中心项目1项,全国多中心临床研究多项,浙江省重中之重学科开放课题等。发表SCI 论文21篇,以第一和通讯作者发表的论文中,1区1篇,2区3篇,代表研究成果发表在《TEM》(IF=3D10.769)《TAAP》(IF=3D 3.616)《Obesity》(IF=3D 4.042)《Diabetes Metab Res Rev》(IF=3D3.553)《Endocrine》(IF=3D3.179)《Chin Med J》《中华医学杂志》《中华内分泌代谢杂志》等杂志。2015年至今多次年在代表国际最高水平的美国糖尿病年会发言。


三、岗位工作思路&= #21450;预期目标

 如能顺利受聘,将全力推动浙大二院内分泌代谢专科向国家重点专科前进,将带领团队求真务实,力争3-5年使本专业成为具有一定规模、“糖尿病”特色突出、影响力覆盖全国、人才梯队合理、设备先进、双效益(社会效益和经济效益)显著的国内一流的内分泌代谢专业医、教、研基地。

一、拟从事临床诊疗工作及其研究方向科学研究价值或社会经济意义

【预期目标】重点突出“糖尿病”精品特色,打造浙江最好的集临床,教学,科研和转化为一体的糖尿病中心。

【具体措施】①开展糖尿病多学科联合,具体包括营养科,神经内科,心血管内科,肾内科,男科,妇产科,胃肠外科等,提升对疑难病人的综合诊疗水平;②建立一站式糖尿病并发症筛查体系,包括糖尿病肾病,糖尿病视网膜病变,糖尿病周围神经病变,糖尿病心理障碍,糖尿病骨质疏松等多项检查;③根据原有的临床基础开展相关临床研究和建立生物样本库;④打造浙江最好的患者和医师的糖尿病教育平台,每年举办1-2次国家级糖尿病继续教育学习班;⑤逐步实施全院血糖管理,试点骨科,眼科,康复科,然后推广到其他科室,最终提升整个医院糖尿病患者的血糖达标率;⑥成立糖尿病专科联盟1-2个,建立省级,市级和县级分盟,加强对各级糖尿病患者的管理和双向转诊;⑦开设特色门诊,如糖尿病遗传咨询门诊,胰岛素咨询门诊,疑难糖尿病门诊等,在糖尿病的基因诊断,胰岛素使用等方面做到浙江引领地位;⑧聘任国内外糖尿病领域顶级专家作为客座,提升糖尿病的诊疗和科研实力;⑨打造国内一流的临床新技术1-2项,并在浙江省推广;⑩与相关技术产品研发机构合作,打造产学研一体化合作模式。

二、承担国家级科研项目,取得有国际影响力的学术成果

【预期目标】大力推进浙大二院内分泌代谢科的临床和基础相关科研,争取实现从弱到强的飞跃式发展。

【具体措施】①凝练研究方向,将以往的研究和科室人员的兴趣做一次梳理,最后确定3-5个近3年的研究计划;②和国外顶级大学共建市级或者省级重点实验室,搭建糖尿病临床和基础密切结合的实验平台和转化基地;③引进国外或者国内优秀PI,提升整体研究的深度和广度;④建立相应的患者队列,比如糖尿病及其他代谢性疾病,如肥胖,高尿酸血症,脂肪肝的患者队列,为进一步的临床研究积累研究对象; ⑤开展2期以上的药物临床试验2-3项,提升整个基地的临床研究能力;⑥积极申请项目,争取国家及省部级课题2-3项,厅局级课题3-5项,横向课题3-5项;⑦ 积极撰写论文,争取2-3篇高质量SCI,5-7篇国内核心期刊文章发表;⑧争取发明专利1-2项,尽量转化;⑨争取省部级三等奖或者厅局级二等奖以上的获奖。⑩ 争取进入浙江省重点专科,国家临床医学研究中心区域分中心。

三、培养高质量的医学人才与推动临床学科建设和发展

【预期目标】受聘期间,借助浙江大学的大平台和省医学会的专科小平台,引培结合,筑巢引凤,推动浙大二院内分泌代谢专业形成结构合理的人才梯队和人才布局。

【具体措施】①充分重视本科室原有人员的培训和提高,共同制定个人研究方向和发展规划,尽量做到“人人有特长,个个有方向”;②将团队有发展潜力的2-5位年轻医生送到全世界顶级实验室进修和学习,积极扶持个人发展;③引进国外或者国内优秀人才1-2位,争取流动站有博士后进站,充分尊重,协同发展;④充分重视各个层次各个专业的教学活动,争取在研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训教育方面有所特色和亮点,打造内分泌教学的金字招牌; ⑤积极参编各种教材,争取牵头主编1-2本内分泌代谢方面的教材;⑥争取新增加1-2位博导,2-3位硕导,带动科室整体人员素质的提高;⑦争取新增国家级专业委员会委员1-2位,省级专科委员会委员2-5名;⑧积极参加或举办各种国际和国内高水平会议,争取大会发言或主持5-10次;⑨争取培养省级优秀研究生2-3名,国家级优秀研究生1-2名;⑩积极申请各类创新团队,争取入选市级以上创新或协同创新团队。

 尽管对将来3-6年的个人发展和科室规划有一定的思考和谋划,但是前途艰险,任重道远,推动和落实仍需要学校医院和社会各界的支持,受聘期间定会竭尽全力将每件事情做稳做实,争取不负众望,不辱使命。
